Terms of Service

These terms cover the Lumo documentation site (this website) and the Lumo Discord bot used in the Lumo Scripts Discord server.

The Discord bot

• The bot is run by the Lumo team for its own Discord server. It posts product information, release notes and welcome messages, and it manages that server's channels and roles.
• It is not offered for other servers. If it ends up in another server, it does nothing there and may be removed at any time.
• Using the bot or the server also means following Discord's Terms of Service and the server rules.

The documentation site

• The guides are provided to help you install and use Lumo resources. We keep them accurate, but they are provided as they are, without a warranty.
• Code samples on this site may be copied into your own server for use with Lumo resources.

Purchases and licences

• Lumo resources are sold through our Tebex store and delivered through Cfx Portal. Payments and checkout are handled by Tebex under its own terms.
• A purchase gives you a licence to use the resource on your own FiveM server. It does not allow you to resell, share or re-upload the resource, in whole or in part, including open-source versions.
• Use of FiveM resources is also subject to the Cfx.re platform terms.
