Troubleshooting and support — lumo-clothing
Turn on debug output first: lumo_debug on in the server console (or Debug = true in bridge/config.lua for the framework layer).
| Symptom | Cause and fix |

Console: framework: standalone on a QBCore/Qbox/ESX server | The core starts after lumo-clothing. Ensure qb-core / qbx_core / es_extended first; the console names the core it found. |
database setup statement failed | Your database user cannot create or alter tables. Import sql/lumo_appearance.sql, sql/rp_features.sql, sql/framework_identifiers.sql by hand. |
| No shops, peds or blips | setr lumo:perf 1 is set (performance mode), or all shops are disabled in /lumo_admin. |
| Look resets after spawn, or two menus open | Another appearance script still runs (qb-clothing, illenium-appearance, fivem-appearance, esx_skin/skinchanger). Stop it. |
| New characters spawn without the creator | Your character selector starts before lumo-clothing. Ensure lumo-clothing first. |
| Old looks are gone after switching from illenium / esx_skin | Those formats are not converted. Players save a new look at a shop once. |
| Purchase refused with enough money (standalone) | FreeShopping = false without Money hooks, or your hook returns false. See STANDALONE.md. |
/takeoff does nothing | Needs an inventory with item metadata (ESX's own cannot) and the items from install/. Or switch Lumo.ClothingItems off. |
| Job locker not shown | Your job/grade is not in Lumo.JobLockers, or (standalone) no Standalone.GetJob. |
| No laundromat | The lev_laundromat map is not started. Install it or add your own location. |
| Thumbnails missing / capture fails | lumo-greenscreener is not running, or one of its three permission lines is missing (two add_filesystem_permission, one add_unsafe_child_process_permission). The console names the resource missing its grant. See INSTALLATION.md → Thumbnails. |
| Only PNGs, the shop shows placeholders | The add_unsafe_child_process_permission "lumo-greenscreener" line is missing, so no WebP is made. |
| Admin commands refused | Add add_ace group.admin lumo.clothing.admin allow and put yourself in group.admin. |
