Fonts — SIL Open Font License 1.1
Barlow Semi Condensed, Barlow Condensed and Oxanium ship in nui/src/fonts/ with their licence files (*-OFL.txt). The sign renderer (html/canvas/) uses copies of the same fonts.
Surface materials — ambientCG (CC0 1.0)
The photo materials in textures/ (plaster, bricks, concrete, wood floors, wood, tiles, marble, onyx, travertine, terrazzo, carpet, fabric) are scaled from ambientCG (https://ambientcg.com), released under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal. No attribution is required; it is given here anyway. The patterned wallpapers (paint, stripes, pinstripe, lattice, dots, chevron, checks, panels, damask, subway) are drawn by Lumo.
Build kit (stream/lumo_hb_*)
Every build-kit mesh is modelled by Lumo's own generator scripts. Its textures are drawn procedurally by those scripts or derived from these ambientCG photos (CC0 1.0, https://ambientcg.com): Plaster001 (plaster, re-tinted), Concrete034 (concrete + normal), WoodFloor051 (oak + normal). Brick, painted white, steel, aluminium, brass and glass are procedural. No game, store or map assets are used.
