Ludo changelog
1.1.1 — 2026-10-29
- Release package cleaned: internal model-making notes and a development screenshot script are no longer in the download
- Debug test board (
Config.Debug):/ludo3dtest demoplays the scripted game without the six test rolls, and starting a new test stops the one still running
1.1.0 — 2026-10-26
- Snakes & Ladders, the second game, on its own 3D board (
lumo_ludo_snl_board) with the same tokens and die. 2-4 players and AI, one token each that moves by itself after the roll, ladders climbed in a straight line, snakes slid down along their drawn curve. - Each table plays
'ludo','snl'or'both': picked in/ludotables, orgameson aConfig.Tablesentry. Tables saved before this version useConfig.DefaultTableGames(default'ludo'), so nothing changes until you set it. - At a table with both games the host picks one in the lobby (solo against AI too), and the board on the table swaps to that game's board while it is played (
Config.BothIdleBoardwhen idle). The game list, spectating and invites show the game; the target eye offers Invite to Ludo and Invite to Snakes & Ladders. - DUI face for Snakes & Ladders: names on the rim, turn timer, the mover's token, the walk and target square after the roll, the ladder or snake it takes, the result.
- 3D only: the 2D fallback board is gone. Without the streamed props
/ludosays the board is not loaded instead of starting a game. The lobby lists only the game at your table, and you watch from beside it. RemovedConfig.UseCommandAnywhereand the 2D camera options (Config.TopDownCamera,CamHeight,CamBack,CamFov,CamSway) andConfig.Table3D.enabled; the board camera isConfig.Table3Das before. - Stats are stored per game (
lumo_game_stats.game = 'snl');/ludoboard snlshows the Snakes & Ladders leaderboard (ox_lib menus get a switch button). - New config:
Config.DefaultTableGames,Config.BothIdleBoard,Config.Snl,Config.Timing.ladderMs/snakeMs. Debug:/ludopropalso places the SnL board,/snl3dtestplays a ladder, a snake and a win. - Ludo rules and behaviour at Ludo tables are unchanged.
